A leading tourism and leisure company, SF Parks, is celebrating its busiest summer on record and is set to unveil new attractions and extended offers for visitors and owners alike. The announcement comes as the company prepares to construct an exciting new climbing wall at its popular White House Leisure Park in Towyn, which will complement existing attractions.
The company, which also operates the neighbouring Golden Gate resort, Riverside and Sun Valley in Rhuddlan, and Sirior Bach in Moelfre, Abergele, has experienced a significant boost in visitor numbers following a recent redevelopment phase. The new climbing wall will be built alongside The Jump and a high-ropes course that opened last year, further enhancing the park’s appeal for adventure seekers.
SF Parks is also extending its series of promotions, including a 25% discount on getaway breaks throughout September, alongside offers on food and drink. These include the “Feed the Family” and “Let’s Party Cocktail” deals, which aim to attract both loyal owners and new visitors to the parks.
Jonathan Seldon, director of SF Parks, highlighted the positive impact of the recent upgrades to their facilities. He noted that these improvements have not only attracted more visitors to the White House Leisure Park but have also increased footfall at the company’s food and drink outlets. “All of our parks have had a good year, and following an upgrade to facilities, we have seen a knock-on effect for our food and drink outlets,” he said. “More and more members of the public are now visiting, in addition to our loyal owners.”
Seldon emphasised the company’s commitment to becoming a year-round destination for families of all ages, stating, “By investing and revamping our sites, we are becoming a destination for everyone. This initiative aims to give back to our community and attract more people outside of the regular season.”
The director revealed that the introduction of these offers has resulted in higher visitor numbers during June and July compared to previous years, with August also seeing strong attendance. With the new climbing wall expected to be ready for the upcoming season, the parks are poised to offer even more activities for holidaymakers and owners alike.
Plans are also in place for upgrades to Jakes family restaurant and pub, which features an amusement arcade, cinema room, spa, and high-quality gym complex. These enhancements are designed to complement existing attractions, including a crazy golf course and free soft play area, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere at the Gaingc Road resort.
Oliver Seldon, fellow director at SF Parks, confirmed that special offers for holidaymakers would continue for the next eight weeks, extending the summer experience for visitors. “We have taken a long-term view on how best to improve our portfolio, and the results are there to see,” he stated. “We are getting more visitors than ever, while also providing the public with entertainment, activities, and a top-quality leisure offering seven days a week.”
With over 120 full-time and seasonal staff employed, SF Parks continues to make a significant economic impact in the region, having invested millions into local infrastructure and services. As the company looks to the future, further developments and enhancements are anticipated, keeping the excitement alive for both residents and visitors.
