Jetcraft, a global leader in business aircraft sales, has announced the appointment of Anna Gulbas as its new Sales Director, completing the restructuring of its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) sales team. Gulbas will be responsible for overseeing key regions, including Italy, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and the Baltics. Her appointment is expected to strengthen the company’s position across these markets, following a rise in demand for business aviation in Europe.
Gulbas, an experienced figure in the European aviation industry, brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the role. She is well-regarded for her ability to deliver tailored solutions to clients and drive growth within her regions. Before joining Jetcraft, she held senior roles at leading European business aviation firms, where she developed a reputation for excellence in customer service and strategic growth management.
Pascal Bachmann, Jetcraft’s Senior Vice President of Sales for EMEA, expressed his confidence in the new appointment, highlighting the importance of Europe for the company’s operations. “Europe remains a critical market for Jetcraft, with sustained demand for business aviation,” Bachmann said. “Anna’s deep understanding of the market, coupled with her focus on exceptional client service, reinforces our commitment to meeting the needs of this region. We are confident that her insights and expertise will enhance Jetcraft’s world-class service offering across Europe.”
The restructuring of Jetcraft’s EMEA team, including the appointment of Gulbas, is part of a wider growth strategy designed to enhance the company’s ability to serve its customers in key regions. Jetcraft recently saw another major leadership transition with the promotion of Sean O’Leary to Regional Vice President for the East Coast of the United States. This move ensures the company has strategic leadership in place to better support customers both in North America and across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Bachmann added, “The reorganisation of our EMEA structure is a significant milestone in Jetcraft’s growth journey, following the promotion of Sean O’Leary in North America. With Anna now joining the team, we are well-positioned to push boundaries and deliver even greater value to our customers in these key markets. Our refreshed EMEA sales team will allow us to focus on providing unparalleled service and insights to our clients across Europe and beyond.”
Gulbas’ appointment completes Jetcraft’s newly structured EMEA sales division, which also includes two other regional Sales Directors. Massimo Burotti has been assigned responsibility for Austria, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, and Great Britain, while Idriss Abdelaziz oversees Southern Europe, Northern Africa, and Switzerland. Together, the team is set to drive Jetcraft’s continued growth and ensure the company remains a leader in business aircraft sales, acquisitions, and trades within the EMEA region.
Jetcraft’s leadership expressed optimism about the future as it looks to expand its presence and maintain its strong position in the highly competitive business aviation market. The company’s focus on exceptional client service, combined with its strategic appointments, is expected to continue fostering growth and innovation across the EMEA and North American regions.
