Peacock Bazaar, the emerging fragrance and beauty eCommerce retailer, has launched its first-ever out-of-home (OOH) marketing campaign featuring Shaneela Rowah Al-Qamar, a well-known brand representative for luxury fragrance brands.
In just its first year, Peacock Bazaar has swiftly established itself in the UK’s fragrance market, offering a diverse selection of popular fragrance brands at competitive prices. Now, the retailer is stepping up its marketing game with a bold new campaign aimed at attracting London’s West End shoppers.
The campaign, which begins the week of 18th November 2024, will be showcased across 45 bus stops in key locations such as Oxford Circus, South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Earls Court, and Piccadilly Circus. Complementing the outdoor campaign, Peacock Bazaar has also invested in digital boards at Westfield Shopping Mall in White City, aiming to target busy Christmas shoppers.
As of 4th November, the campaign kicked off with a bus super-side marketing initiative covering London’s high-footfall areas. Further ramping up its visibility, the brand will run an M-Vision digital campaign inside Westfield Mall from 2nd December, alongside a digital campaign at Holland Park Tower aimed at Westfield shoppers from 1st December.
This marks Shaneela Rowah Al-Qamar’s first venture into OOH advertising as the face of a retailer. Known for her high-profile work as a brand ambassador for luxury fragrance labels, Al-Qamar brings her signature elegance to the Peacock Bazaar campaign. Styled with the retailer’s signature peacock-themed branding and makeup from Dubai-based Remu Beauty, known for working with celebrities like Beyoncé, Al-Qamar’s presence is set to elevate the retailer’s visibility and appeal in the competitive fragrance sector.
The collaboration is expected to continue beyond this campaign, with plans for Al-Qamar to remain the face of Peacock Bazaar in future marketing efforts. The retailer’s entry into OOH marketing is a strategic move as it looks to strengthen its presence in the UK market, particularly in the run-up to the busy holiday shopping season.
