Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) has announced the relaunch of its global travel loyalty programme, MyMillennium, introducing enhanced benefits for guests. The revamped programme features three new tiers—Classic, Silver, and Prestige—aimed at providing personalised experiences, exclusive rates, and increased rewards for travellers.
The new MyMillennium programme aims to simplify the earning and redeeming process for MyPoints, allowing both leisure and business travellers to enjoy exclusive promotions and benefits at MHR properties. Members can now accumulate MyPoints through their stays and dining experiences, redeeming them for a variety of rewards that range from complimentary room nights to dining vouchers.
Carolyn Wishnowski, Director of Global Branding, Marketing, and Loyalty, expressed excitement about the programme’s relaunch, calling it a significant milestone for the brand. “This represents months of in-depth research and dedicated effort,” she stated. “We’ve designed MyMillennium to offer our members meaningful moments and enhanced rewards. Whether celebrating a major milestone or enjoying a fuss-free business trip, members can accumulate and redeem MyPoints in ways that best serve their travel needs.”
As members ascend through the tiers, they unlock greater rewards and benefits tailored to their travel habits. The Silver tier, for guests staying between 10 and 19 nights per year, offers perks such as early check-in, late check-out, and complimentary welcome amenities. In contrast, those who achieve the Prestige tier—awarded to guests staying 20 nights or more—gain access to additional perks including complimentary club lounge access and room upgrades. Dining discounts also increase with each tier, with Prestige members receiving up to 25% off at participating restaurants and bars.
In a further expansion of the programme, MHR has introduced MyMillennium BIZ, which replaces the previous MyMillennium Pro. This new initiative targets corporate clients, enabling corporate bookers to earn MyPoints on business room bookings and meetings while enjoying rewards like bonus MyPoints and complimentary upgrades. This move reinforces MHR’s commitment to providing tailored loyalty programmes that cater to all guest segments.
Saurabh Prakash, Interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of MHR, spoke about the importance of these enhancements. “The relaunch of MyMillennium and MyMillennium BIZ reflects our dedication to providing personalised experiences and rewarding loyalty for our diverse guests,” he said. “These programmes are designed to ensure that both leisure and corporate travellers receive a tailored, seamless experience that enhances their journey with Millennium Hotels and Resorts.”
The MyMillennium programme is expected to offer guests a more rewarding experience as they travel, making it a key feature in MHR’s efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
With these changes, Millennium Hotels and Resorts aims to not only attract new guests but also retain existing customers by providing them with a programme that caters to their individual travel needs and preferences. Guests can sign up for MyMillennium to start enjoying personalised stays and rewards.
